Bill Carmichael

Bill has an extensive business background having worked for Fortune 500 companies, family-owned businesses, as well as owning and operating three companies. He has been involved in finance, sales, marketing, business development, and training throughout his career that spans 25 years. Bill has owned and operated a commercial brokerage company that facilitated commercial loans for a variety of developments. He has assisted in lease financing for businesses acquiring capital equipment, and he has successfully placed SBA loans for start-up businesses.
Bill graduated from the University of Georgia in 1983 with a BS Ed. in Education, and a minor in Biological Science. He is involved with volunteer work for the Atlanta Mission, and Habitat for Humanity. He is a registered Grief Counselor through his church in Conyers, GA

"The amazing fact is this loan was processed, approved and closed so quickly," said CGS President Gary Griffin. "We all contributed to get this done in time for the Riverbend Festival. The boat is docked on the Tennessee River right in the middle of the Festival site and was a tremendous source of revenue for this venture.” Griffin further stated, “It just had to get done, and we did it!"
