Mensura Capital, LLC: a subsidiary of Mensura Holdings, LLC, provides business advisory services to businesses seeking to recapitalize through private equity investments and debt financing. It also has capital to deploy in investment transactions in the form of mezzanine funds, preferred stock, or other investment vehicles, which may be made on its own or as co-investments with venture capital or private equity funds.
Its affiliated company, Graham Cerisola II, LLC, also a subsidiary of Mensura Holdings, LLC, has over 20 years of experience in obtaining Small Business Administration Disaster Loans for businesses and is considered the preeminent company in this field. As a result, it has built a substantial client base that initially came to it for disaster loans, but has later come back to it seeking additional financial services.
